Returns Policy

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Madula Jewels, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code.

Madula Jewels will refund the value of the product via bank transfer to the IBAN that the customer will provide by email to madulajewels@gmail.com.

The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal:

- the product, even if opened, must be "as new", therefore intact and in perfect condition. All returned items will be inspected.
In the case of products that do not meet these characteristics, Madula Jewels reserves the right to refuse the return or to apply a reduction on the total price paid.
The intention to make a return must be communicated via email to madulajewels@gmail.com

The product must be returned at the customer's expense, to the address that will be indicated by email, upon authorization, no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, the seller will refund the sums already collected for the purchase of the products but not the shipping costs (where not FREE).
Madula Jewels assumes absolutely no responsibility for packages sent with untracked couriers, therefore we suggest always using a courier that provides tracking.

The sums to be refunded will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified. If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller.

- If the items have defects, please notify us within two (2) days from the delivery date, by sending an email to madulajewels@gmail.com containing the order reference and a clearly visible photo of the defective item.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE EXCHANGES OF GOODS.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN OF A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS TO WHICH CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE THAT MAKE THEM DIFFERENT FROM AS PROPOSED IN THE SHOP WWW.MADULAJEWELS.COM ARE INCLUDED
