The following terms and conditions, reported below, are intended to apply to all sales provided by Madula Jewels through the website www.madulajewels.com
The use of the service is permitted exclusively to an end user, who has:
1) read the information relating to the processing of personal data;
2) accepted the general conditions;
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 7 and 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9.4.2003, Madula Jewels informs users that the provider of the services in question is:

The seller offers the products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards end users who are "consumers".
By “consumers” we mean natural persons who access www.madulajewels.com for purposes not related to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out.
PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
In accordance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70 containing provisions on electronic commerce, Madula Jewels informs the user that:
- to conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the site, the user must fill out an order form in electronic format following the instructions that will appear from time to time on the site and that will accompany the various stages of the purchase;
- the order form contains a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment for purchasing each product and shipping costs;
- the contract is concluded when Madula Jewels registers the order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order and payment;
- once the order is completed, the user will receive, at the indicated email address, a confirmation email containing the summary of the order placed. It is recommended to keep the email received as proof of purchase;
- the order form will be archived in the Madula Jewels database for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law;
- the seller may not process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform the user by email or telephone that the contract has not been concluded and that the seller has not followed up on the purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on www.madulajewels.com are no longer available or on sale at the time the order form is sent, the seller will communicate, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the user sent his order to the seller, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the seller will refund the amount paid by bank transfer, provided by the customer following an explicit request by the seller;
